Everything was great, including pleasant staff with an extra staff member. I was upgraded to a spotless room with great beds. Extras like a Nespresso machine and a storage were appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic and absolutely superb, the check in was easy. Stayed here for summer holidays, nothing to complain about.

Fantastic place with amiable stuff, everything was nice. The room was normal double and large and it had a coffeemaker and a storage. The location for Southampton was unbeatable, next to the train station as well as the town centre shops. I didn't want to say goodbye, had an excellant experience and would stay here again.
